The Nourished Woman is a small-group coaching cohort for women who want to build a healthier, more intentional way of living rooted in well-being, balance, and clarity.
This 10-week experience introduces foundational concepts in holistic health, including nourishment of the body, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and the role of nature in supporting mental and emotional well-being. It offers an accessible starting point for women who are curious about holistic well-being and want guidance, structure, and shared experience as they begin exploring these practices.
Each week includes a live online coaching session, paired with intentional, in-person workshops designed to deepen learning and support real-world integration.
Women move through the experience as a small, dedicated cohort, building connection and accountability while gaining practical tools they can return to long after the program ends.

The Nourished Woman helps you step back and look at your well-being as a whole system rather than a collection of isolated parts.

WORK WITH COLEEN
A women's coach in mindfulness and holistic health, as well as a yoga teacher, sound healer, nature-lover & adventure-seeker, Coleen's passion is empowering women to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. A true believer in the healing powers of community and nature, Coleen's retreats are centered around reconnecting women with nature, self, and one another.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
The 10-week cohort unfolds across three core themes, supported by a combination of live online coaching sessions and in-person workshops in Austin. Each theme begins with an in-person gathering to establish connection and introduce key concepts, followed by weekly online sessions that allow time to learn, reflect, apply, and integrate with guidance and community support throughout the experience.

Who is The Nourished Woman for?
The Nourished Woman is for women of all ages and backgrounds seeking greater balance, clarity, and well-being. It’s especially supportive if you value structure, community, and a holistic approach to health. No prior experience is necessary.
What is the intention of this program?
The Nourished Woman is an invitation to invest in your well-being while being part of a supportive, intentional community of women. When one of us rises, we all rise together.
Do I need to attend every session?
Consistent attendance is encouraged so you receive the full benefit of the experience and support the group dynamic. Every participant’s presence is an integral part of the collective experience.
What is the format?
The cohort includes weekly live online sessions and three in-person workshops in Austin, plus a closing celebration dinner. You’ll move through the experience with a consistent group of women.
Is this the same as 1:1 coaching?
No, this is a structured small-group program with guided teaching and discussion. If you’re looking for highly personalized support, 1:1 coaching with Coleen may be a better fit.
What are the dates and times?
The program runs every Wednesday from April 15 – June 17. Online sessions are 6–7PM, and in-person workshops are 6–8PM. Download the brochure for more information on our schedule.
