SOUND HEALING
At Journey Land & Soul, our sound baths are immersive experiences held in serene outdoor and indoor settings allowing for the ultimate healing experience to promote deep relaxation, restoration and reconnection.
I offer both individual and group sound healing sessions on our beautiful outdoor rooftop studio in Austin. I will also travel to facilitate sound healing in a location of your choice.

With nature as our background, participants can expect a beautiful setting immersed in the sights, sounds and rhythms of the natural world around them. We begin with a guided meditation and intention-setting practice and then allow participants to simply relax and receive the sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls.

In my own practice, Sound healing is a powerful tool for slowing down, appreciating the present, and reconnecting with self, nature, and the community around us.

A personalized sound experience completely tailored to you and your goals. Weather dependent, these can be held outdoors on our rooftop studio during sunrise or sunset to welcome or close the day intentionally. I will also travel to facilitate sound healings in a location of your choice.
