Join sound healer + women’s coach, Coleen, for a morning of mindfulness, community, and connection during our Sunday morning sound bath in Pease Park!

This restorative outdoor session will blend gentle movement and sound healing to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself, nature and community. We’ll begin with brief introductions and light stretching, then settle into a nourishing sound bath surrounded by the beauty of the park. Enjoy soothing sounds from crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and the wave drum to invite deep relaxation, balance, and inner clarity.
