About the event
Join us for a morning of fresh air, connection and rejuvenation at Hill of Life Trail. Hill of Life is a 2.7 mile out and back trail with steep and rocky areas throughout. As always, there will be an opportunity to try out some guided mindfulness practices to help us connect with nature, unwind and rejuvenate. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome!
