Relax & Unwind: Women's Sound Bath

Join Coleen for an intimate sound bath experience focused on relaxation and restoration of the mind, body, and soul. We'll use the sound and vibrations of the crystal bowls and Tibetan bowls to slow down and promote peace and calm. This self-care ritual will be limited to only 6 guests with the intention of reconnecting back to ourselves. After class you are invited to watch sunset from our private viewing deck and enjoy some herbal tea.
